The gameplay trailer shows off a few different locations, all of which look bland and empty. While the stages are my main concern, the character models were also lacking. They weren’t terrible, but could stand to be upgraded a bit.
While the game does give off the same vibe as the 1999 original, it looks like it’s going to need a serious upgrade in a short amount of time to be worth full-retail value. While I doubt the game will “bad”, the quality just isn’t up to snuff. At this stage, I seriously doubt I am going to be picking up this one at launch.
